How Our Fees Work
Campaign creators keep the most
When your campaign closes, we deduct a 5% platform fee plus a flat UGX 500 processing charge from the total collected. The remainder is disbursed to your verified mobile money account.
Mobile money disbursement
Funds are sent directly to your MTN MoMo or Airtel Money account within 5–10 business days of campaign closure, subject to KYC verification.
No fees for contributors
Contributors pay exactly the amount they pledge — no additional charges are added on top of your contribution. Minimum pledge is UGX 1,000.
Example calculation
If you raise UGX 1,000,000:
– 5% platform fee = UGX 50,000
– Fixed processing fee = UGX 500
= You receive UGX 949,500
